As an authorized Formlabs reseller, BanQ Technologies offers the full lineup of SLA and SLS service plans for Form 4 Series and Fuse Series printers. Protect your investment with accident coverage, express replacement, and up to 5 years of all-inclusive warranty.

The Fuse Series Basic Service Plan has been discontinued. Existing plans are honoured, but no new sales are available.

SLA Service Plans — Form 4 Series

All-inclusive hardware warranty — parts, accessories, Form Wash V2/L, and Form Cure V2/L

Up to 5 years of coverage (3-year plan = 1 year free; 5-year plan = 2 years free)

Accident Coverage — resin spills, dropped build platforms, LPU damage, and other accidental incidents

Express Replacement Service — replacement unit dispatched after Formlabs confirms remote troubleshooting cannot resolve the issue

Post-Processing Hardware Coverage

SLA — Form 4 Series

All SLA paid plans include coverage for Form Wash (V2/L) and Form Cure (V2/L). Post-processing hardware must be purchased together with the printer being covered.

SLS — Fuse Series

All SLS paid plans include coverage for Fuse Sift, Fuse Blast, and Build Chambers.

Accident Coverage — Included in All Paid Plans

All paid service plans include Accident Coverage for incidents such as resin spills, dropped build platforms, and damage to the LPU. Acts of God (floods, fires) and intentional damage are not covered.

Renewal & Coverage Notes

One SKU per device — each service plan covers a single printer

Renewals can be added up to 30 days after warranty expiry; a recertification fee applies outside that window

SLA recertification fees: Form 4/4B = $500 (SVC-F4-RF); Form 4L/4BL = $1,500 (SVC-F4L-RF)

SLS recertification fee: $1,825 per quarter lapsed (SVC-FS1-RF) — e.g. 6 months lapsed = 2 × $1,825 = $3,650
